Tab Completion

Vim 7.0 finally has tab completion for variable names and such, which is awesome. However, I haven't been able to find out how to toggle this on and off, so that if I'm writing words instead of code, I can put normal tab characters in without having to resort to ^V^<tab> ?

    Tab completetion is awesome, but I can see how annoying that would be if I wanted to use actual tab characters!
